They were very accommodating even though we booked it 15 minutes prior to our arrival at the carpark. They were quick to respond when we returned from our holiday to pick us up from Melbourne Airport once we called. Could have be a little closer and have more sheltered are with our Melbourne weather. Overall very happy

This is an excellent service. The staff are friendly, the bus drop off and pick up is efficient (we so appreciated that at midnight, after our plane had been delayed 3 hours). If anyone is worried about leaving their car whilst travelling, then don’t! I highly recommend this service. Twice used and will use again and recommend to all.
