It is important to inform your parking provider about your travel times when making a reservation. This allows the parking providers to provide you with a prompt shuttle bus service to the airport. In most cases, the parking provider has it arranged so that you can board a shuttle bus immediately after parking your car. In some cases, the bus may wait for a short while for other passengers to fill the bus. When returning from your travels if you contact the parking provider upon landing they will be able to arrange for a shuttle bus to meet you once you leave the airport. During peak travel seasons the shuttle buses may be busier but you can be assured that the parking providers are well equipped to meet this extra demand and will have extra staff and buses available.

How do I get to the airport from the parking lot?

How you get to the airport from the parking lot depends on which type of parking provider you book. With Valet Parking you do not have to go to the parking, instead, you simply drive directly to the departure hall where you will be met by a parking provider staff member who will park your car for you. If you choose shuttle parking you will be taken to the airport on a complimentary shuttle bus. If you pick a Park & Walk service you simply walk to the airport after you park your car.

Do I have to leave my keys at the car park?

Depending on the parking provider you may be required to leave your keys with the parking provider. Parking providers sometimes request keys so they can make the most efficient use of their parking space and also for fire safety reasons. Rest assured that your car will not be driven by a member of staff unless it is absolutely necessary. Your keys are also kept in a safe location at the parking providers. If a parking provider requires you to hand in your keys this will be clearly stated on their profile. Usually, if a parking provider offers a shuttle bus service you are not required to hand in your keys but this varies by provider.

How many people can the shuttle buses transfer at once?

The size and capacity of the shuttle buses vary per provider. During the reservation process, you can indicate how many people you are traveling with. The parking provider will then be able to make the necessary travel arrangements for you. Most shuttle buses can carry a maximum of 8 people (and luggage) at one time.
