Depending on the parking provider you may be required to leave your keys with the parking provider. Parking providers sometimes request keys so they can make the most efficient use of their parking space and also for fire safety reasons. Rest assured that your car will not be driven by a member of staff unless it is absolutely necessary. Your keys are also kept in a safe location at the parking providers. If a parking provider requires you to hand in your keys this will be clearly stated on their profile. Usually, if a parking provider offers a shuttle bus service you are not required to hand in your keys but this varies by provider.
