How can I file a complaint about a parking provider?

Step 1: File a complaint - To submit a complaint you can fill out the following form * Make sure that the form contains all of the relevant details as otherwise, we will not be able to deal with the complaint. Including all of the relevant details will also allow us to deal with your complaint quicker. Step Two: We receive your form and handle the complaint - As soon as we receive your complaint form we will immediately start working on it. We will keep you up to date on the progress of your complaint. - We will firstly contact the parking provider and register the complaint with them. From then they have three days to find out the origin of the claim and respond to us - During the complaint process we may contact you again to gain more details about the complaint and to hear your side of the story. - We will then offer you a solution based on the information we received regarding the complaint - After we have contacted you and agreed upon a solution, we will close the complaint and mark it as "full handled" within our system.
