How can I ensure that my booking is correct?

Once you have completed the reservation and payment process you will receive a confirmation of your booking via email from us within 24 hours. This email will contain all of the relevant information regarding your booking, such as your parking dates and information on the parking provider. If you have not received this email please make sure to check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate this email you can contact us by email, phone and chat and we will rectify the problem. Another way to view all of your parking details is to set up a free ParkCare account which you can do here . On your account you can check all of your information on your current booking and any past bookings you may have. You can also directly request a new confirmation email from your account.
