How can I make changes to my booking, such as arrival time or license plate number?

You can make changes to your booking up to 48 hours before the start date and time of your reservation. This can be done in your customer account. If you wish to make changes within 48 hours of your booking, you will have to contact the parking provider directly. Contact details of the parking provider can be found in the booking confirmation. Please note that if you make changes to your arrival time, this can cause changes to the price. If the stay is shortened the price will stay the same, however, if it is extended a supplement will have to be paid.
